from looking at charts, dates for the past (technical) highs for HEU:
may 21st
Aug 28th
with interim lows at jul8th and oct 16th
adding the dates and days in between up………………………….
we are looking at about a 14 week cycle with about equal lengths of time from peak to trough and return.
this is about 3 and half months. useful […]

oil is currently undergoing a massive correction following the parabolic run-up in the first half of 2008.

nat gas appears to bottoming in the $6-6.50 range. currently it closed at $6.78 for december contracts the best way to play natural gas is with HNU.
looking at the charts of HNU, it appears that it is bottoming in the $7.25-7.50 range.
it closed halloween at 8.37. somewhere this november, gas and by extension HNU will likely bottom.

last week at a course in montreal, I heard a real-world trader from france predicting that the price of oil would bottom at $48US.
here is a recent article where a scotiabank analyst says the $60US level is the “bottom”
